How we got Started

Will and Brian have been life-long friends and always desired to own a construction company together should the opportunity ever present itself. That opportunity came and Fulford-Swinney was established with the fundamentals of old-fashioned values and integrity as its foundation.






About the Company

Fulford-Swinney is a General Contractor in the Metropolitan Savannah Area. We develop and build custom homes and provide historical restoration/renovations on residential and commercial projects. We also bid/negotiate/and contract new commercial, commercial tenant finish and commercial renovations. Fulford-Swinney is well aware of the obstacles that have materialized due to changes in the real-estate climate and know that now, more than ever, a construction company must differentiate itself from its competitors, which falls right in line with the core beliefs from which the company operates: (1) Always strive for excellence in even the smallest tasks. (2) Illustrate and communicate clearly what you plan to do - and do it (3) Follow through until everything is satisfactory to a client.
